Since applications vary, CSi’s range of palletisers encompasses low-level layer palletisers such as the C1500 for direct end-of-line applications and also high-level layer palletisers like the Taros and the C5000. For higher speed applications where more production lines require palletising at the same time, the C5000, combined with pallet load accumulation conveyors, provide high-speed multi-load palletising solutions for the largest producers of fast moving consumer goods.
Robots also play an important role in CSi’s range of palletising systems, offering highly flexible palletising solutions for either simple end-of-line applications, to more complex systems where each robot cell is able to pick and palletise up to 4 different products, depending of course on individual production line capacities.
