CSi’s organisation revolves around our customers, as they are the focus of everything we do.  Specialist teams working closely together and in cooperation with our customers, concentrates our knowledge and experience to ensure we fully meet our customers’ specific requirements. Our customer-centred approach is reflected in our "Spinning Top” organisational chart.
The first circle represents our service activities, delivered to our customers by LCSi. The second circle represents our consultancy and commercial activities, where innovative solutions are designed, utilising market-leading technology. The third circle highlights our project management activities and the lowest circle reflects the overall support functions that form the basis of our customer-centred ‘Spinning Top’ organisational structure.

The present owners of the company, Jan de Bruijn, Kees Oosting and George Gierveld, are actively managing the successful development of the company and many of CSi’s employees have shares in the company and will profit as CSi continues to grow.
